Adrian Neave,
Managing DirectorAdrian has 27 years experience in the financial services sector, working for a number of well known city firms. For the last four years he has been instrumental in the design and pricing of structured products and is well known within the industry for his entrepreneurial outlook to this market. Prior to this his career was split between institutional stockbroking and investment management.
Adrian is an avid armchair sportsman but occasionally enjoys 'a good walk spoiled'.

Steven Graham,
Operations DirectorSteve has been in the City for 15 years. For the last eight years he has worked specifically in the design, development and distribution of structured products for the retail market and has close ties to the IFA community.
Steven is an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan, and enjoys playing golf and socialising with friends.
